We do ask for a 2 night minimum stay on weekends after April 30th until Sept 30th. And for Jazz & Wooden Boat - 3 night minimum stay required.

* Reservations are guaranteed by a credit card number (V,MC) or a check by mail.

* CANCELLATION POLICY - In the event that you must cancel; with more than ONE WEEK NOTICE (7 days) of your arrival date, there will be a cancellation fee of $25. If you cancel less then one week of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable unless the room is re-rented. If we can re-rent your room, we will issue credit less $25 cancellation fee.

* Check-in times are by appointment only after 4:00pm

* Check out time is 10:30 am.

* Continental Breakfast is served 8:30 - 9:30am - granola, yogurt, breakfast bread, fresh fruit, juice, coffee and tea. We can prepare a to-go breakfast if we know in advance.

* We are an ADULT ONLY inn, we cannot accommodate children younger than 14.

* Smokers are more than welcome and can be accommodated outside in our comfortable gazebo.

* We offer privacy for our guests and do not enter rooms to freshen rooms unless guests ask us too. We are environmentlly mindful, try not to be wasteful, and we recycle. We appreciate guests that help us with our earthfriendly efforts.

* We cannot accommodate pets; we do have 2 little dogs, Winston Churchill & Cookie, that occupy our quarters & enjoy meeting guests.

* Rates are for double occupancy, and do not include sales & lodging taxes of 10.4%.

* Rates do include full breakfast, or continental breakfast in the off-season and a comfortable relaxing atmostphere.

* We offer wireless internet.
