If you have any questions regarding our Guest House, please call us. We are more then happy to answer questions.

We do ask for a 2 night minimum stay on all weekends. And for Jazz & Wooden Boat - 3 night minimum stay required.

If you want to book a room that says "Call us", it may be because the other night is booked on a 2-night minimum weekend. Just give us a call to check! We may be able to take one night or mid week stay so take a chance and give us a phone call!

* Reservations are guaranteed by a credit card number (V,MC) or a check by mail.

* CANCELLATION POLICY - In the event that you must cancel; with more than ONE WEEK NOTICE (7 days) of your arrival date, there will be a cancellation fee of $25. If you cancel less then one week of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable unless the room is re-rented. If we can re-rent your room, we will issue credit less $25 cancellation fee.

* Check-in time starts at 4:00pm. You will receive a key-less entry code to use when you arrive

* Check out time is 10:30 am.

* Simple breakfast fixings in the dining for you anytime in the morning.

* We are an ADULT ONLY inn, we cannot accommodate children younger than 14.

* Smokers are more than welcome and can be accommodated outside in our comfortable gazebo.

* We offer privacy for our guests and do not enter rooms to freshen rooms unless guests ask us too. We are environmentally mindful, try not to be wasteful, and we recycle. We appreciate guests that help us with our earth-friendly efforts.

* We cannot accommodate pets; we do have 2 little dogs, Winston Churchill & Cookie, that occupy our quarters & enjoy meeting guests.

* Rates are for double occupancy, and do not include sales & lodging taxes of 10.4%.

* We offer wireless internet.
